About US

The Pentecost Social Services (PENTSOS) is a Directorate of the Church of Pentecost established by the General Council and mandated to fulfill the social/charitable mission of the Church. Its core functions include the initiation, promotion, development and management of social services and projects of the Church.

PENTSOS is an independent, non-governmental, not-for-profit organisation registered in Finland. It is devoted to empowering people and addressing the needs of the needy, building cohesive and resilient societies, and making institutions and patrons accountable.

The goal is to contribute to the overall well-being of members and non-members of The Church of Pentecost International, Finland and the citizens within Finland. PENTSOS shall also extend its development initiatives to vulnerable people outside Finland to complement its missionary objectives.
